Using whimsical characters constructed from re-cycled, discarded, and second-hand stuff, Stories From Junk Puppet Land is a fun and imaginative, 40 Minute show, that brings-to-life a series of multi-cultural stories and funny vignettes through the simple magic of object puppetry.

The Australian Aborigines of the Kimberley region have a term called "Yorro Yorro" meaning: "Everything standing up alive", which refers to the life in rocks, trees, and all inanimate objects. We believe that concept even applies to the everyday household items that people use and discard. Laugh at the curious caterpillar (a bit of dryer hose) that gets scared by a little flower. Listen to the Eastern European yarn about the chatty gossip (an old broken phone) that gets tangled up in her own rumors. Watch the magical Native American legend of how Coyote (a combination of bar-b-queue tongs, paint brushes and salad forks) stole fire from Thunder. Stories From Junk Puppet Land is presented with wit, invention, and a unique creativity that is the hallmark of Zambini Brothers Puppets.

This show is suitable for kids of any age and their parents too, presented by Bill Jarcho of Zambini Brothers Puppets
